Our beer yoga sessions are always a blast so for our 7th anniversary we will be hosting another beer yoga session at The Alehouse! Our certified yoga instructor Alicia will be back to show us how to best enjoy beer while doing vinyasa yoga.
Reservations are required. Participation cost is CHF 50 and includes a 90 min yoga lesson and five different craft beers. You can reserve your spot by talking to us directly at the bar our sending an email to events@alehouse.ch.

Bio:
Born in South Africa, Alicia grew up in the US, Spain and Belgium. After earning a bachelor's degree in Economics and masters degrees in Anthropology and Multimedia in London, Alicia worked in London and then Switzerland, where she's now lived and worked for over a decade. She's passionate about sustainability and disruptive technologies, and the role personal responsibility plays in creating a better world.
Alicia came to yoga in 2008 and has since attended workshops and retreats with some of the world's most inspiring teachers. With a firm focus on Vinyasa, her yoga practice has been influenced by different disciplines including Anusara, Ashtanga, Hatha and Dynamic Yoga. Alicia teaches Vinyasa Yoga and completed the Yoga Lives 200 Hour Teacher Training course in May 2014. Certified by the Yoga Alliance.
